Mobile coffee catering brings a full-service espresso bar directly to your event. We come with everything we need to serve your guests cafe-style coffees including double shot espressos, lattes, americanos, etc., and if requested, drip coffee or cold brew.
We offer whole milk and alternative milks, along with organic syrups and sweeteners. We have the ability to offer both hot and iced coffees.

For every event, we provide:
An aesthetic mobile bar equipped with a commercial grade espresso machine and grinder, along with all supplies including cups, lips, straws, napkins, condiments, etc.
An agreed upon menu of a variety of hot and iced espresso drinks, non-espresso drinks, milks, and syrups.
Professional & friendly barista(s)
An agreed upon duration of service that ensures your guests get the full experience
Optional customizations can be included (requires 4 weeks notice)

We offer made-to-order espresso drinks such as double shots, lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos. We also offer non-espresso drinks such as matcha and herbal teas. Cold brew and drip coffee packages are also available.

Our cart is collapsible and on wheels so we can navigate most spaces, but we do require at least a 6’x 5’ space for room for the cart and the barista(s). If you have a drip coffee or a cold brew add on package, more space will be required.
Each bar requires one dedicated 20-amp circuit.
If your event is not on the first floor, an elevator is required.

We request that our cart setup be located next to an outlet have its own 20 amp dedicated circuit.
If your event is not located on the first floor, an elevator is required for service.
Lastly, we will need an hour or more to setup depending on the event size, so we require access to the venue/area prior to service beginning.

Pricing is customized based on details such as guest count, service duration, event location and travel distance, menu selections, and any custom add-ons. This allows us to staff and design the experience properly so service runs smoothly. Once we have your event details, we’ll outline everything clearly in your quote.
Please note that any customizations are not refundable.

We require a 50% deposit to reserve a date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards a future service.
For events cancelled 1-7 days prior to service, no refunds will be permitted as we have already ordered all supplies and staffed your event.
We are happy to reschedule your event if at least 72 hours notice is provided. Notice given with less than 72 hours will be considered a cancellation.

We offer many options for customization including:
A Branded Cart (your logo or monogram affixed to the front of the cart)
Branded Cups (your logo or monogram printed on hot sleeves or stickers to be placed on cups)
Custom Menu (if you’d like certain drinks out of our normal menu, we can arrange that)
Signature Drinks (we will create custom drinks for your special day such as a bride and groom drink or a fundraiser signature drink)
